SHIPPING
Yes, we offer global shipping.
Domestic (US) shipping is free for orders $150 and up. For international (non-US) orders and domestic orders under $150, shipping costs vary by the weight of the package and the shipping destination.
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, but please allow 7-10 business days for processing. We carefully and thoroughly package all orders to ensure safe shipping to their new homes. If you have not received an email with shipping confirmation within 10 business days, please contact us at help@goldtonescrystals.com.
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please contact the courier for information about delayed or lost packages.
All packages are fully insured for the total order amount. If your crystal arrives damaged, please email us at help@goldtonescrystals.com within 48 hours of delivery. In your email, include your order number as well as photos of the broken item(s), shipping box, and all packaging. We are only able to file an insurance claim for you to receive a full refund if photos are received within 48 hours.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Please read full product descriptions and view all product photos/videos before making a purchase. If you have any questions prior to placing an order, please email us at help@goldtonescrystals.com and we will respond promptly. Once an order is placed, we promptly begin processing and packaging items. For this reason, we do not accept order cancelations.
